User Guide

Step 1: Create an Account

- Click the Login / Signup button HERE
- Follow the prompts to create a new account.

Step 2: Upload an Audio File

- Record an audio file during your Discovery Call with a prospect or client (Be sure to obtain their consent!).
- Go to the Dashboard tab and drag-and-drop the audio file into the designated upload area.

Step 3: Processing Your Audio

- Navigate to the View Jobs tab and locate the job for the file you just uploaded.
- The system will begin processing your audio this may take a few minutes.

Step 4: Access Your AI-Generated Notes

- Once processing is complete, you'll have access to: Case Notes, Dialogue Transcript, Smart Actions
- Download your files and start using AI Secretary to streamline your workflow today!
