Step 1: Create an Account

Step 2: Upload an Audio File

Record an audio file during your Discovery Call with a prospect or client (Be sure to obtain their consent!).

Go to the Dashboard tab and drag-and-drop the audio file into the designated upload area.

Step 3: Processing Your Audio

Navigate to the View Jobs tab and locate the job for the file you just uploaded.

The system will begin processing your audio—this may take a few minutes.

Step 4: Access Your AI-Generated Notes

Once processing is complete, you’ll have access to: Case Notes, Dialogue Transcript, Smart Actions
